Blessed Giving

Organizer Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-07.6

These Organizer Terms apply when you create, manage, or receive funds through a Blessed Giving fundraiser. They are written to be clear, but they are still legal terms. Blessed Giving may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service may require agreement to updated terms.

Organizer responsibility

You represent that all information submitted for your fundraiser is truthful, lawful, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for your fundraiser story, images, updates, beneficiary details, use of donated funds, tax reporting, and compliance with any laws, rules, or obligations that apply to you or your campaign.

Campaign review, refusal, removal, or termination

Blessed Giving reserves the right to review, refuse, pause, hide, remove, suspend, or terminate any campaign at any time, with or without explanation, including sudden termination when we believe it is needed to protect donors, organizers, beneficiaries, Blessed Giving, Stripe, or the public. If a campaign is removed or disabled, you will not lose donations that were already successfully processed and paid to your connected account, but you may lose access to future donations through that campaign.

Inactive campaigns

Blessed Giving may automatically make a campaign inactive, hidden, or unavailable to receive future donations if the campaign does not receive a paid donation for 90 days. New campaigns have a 90-day grace period from creation. A campaign that becomes inactive may no longer appear publicly, may no longer accept donations, and may require review before it can be made public again.

Stripe account and fund routing

Fundraisers receive donations through Stripe Connect. You must connect and maintain a valid Stripe account before a campaign can receive donations. Blessed Giving may route platform fees, donor-selected tips, processing amounts, transfers, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and related adjustments according to the payment flow enabled for the campaign.

Fees and donor tips

Blessed Giving deducts a 3.3% Blessed Giving fee, any donor-selected tip, and applicable “Stripe fees”. This may include payment processing fees, refund fees, dispute fees, chargeback fees, network fees, and related costs where permitted by law, Stripe rules, and the payment flow used for your fundraiser.

Stripe Connect account access

By connecting a Stripe account to Blessed Giving, you authorize Blessed Giving to access, view, store, and use information Stripe makes available to the platform for operating, supporting, reviewing, auditing, and protecting the service. This may include connected account status, onboarding status, identity and business information, balances, transfers, payouts, payment activity, transactions, fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and other Stripe Connect information related to your fundraiser or connected account.

Disputes, refunds, chargebacks, and Stripe fees

You agree that you are financially responsible for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, reversals, negative balances, Stripe fees, dispute fees, penalties, collection costs, and related costs arising from your fundraiser, your connected Stripe account, your campaign content, or your use of donated funds.

If any donation connected to your fundraiser is disputed, refunded, reversed, charged back, or otherwise adjusted, you authorize Blessed Giving, Stripe, and their payment partners, to the fullest extent permitted by law and Stripe rules, to recover the disputed or refunded amount plus Stripe fees, dispute fees, penalties, and related costs from your connected Stripe account, current or future donations, current or future transfers or payouts, invoices, reimbursement requests, or other lawful collection methods.

Prohibited campaigns and content

You agree not to create, promote, or fundraise for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive. Prohibited campaigns include, but are not limited to, campaigns involving illegal activity, drugs or controlled substances, alcohol-related sales or promotion, sexual content or services, pornography, sexually explicit art or material in any form, exploitation, harassment, hate, violence, threats, weapons, discrimination, or content that targets people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected or vulnerable status.

Blessed Giving may remove, hide, pause, refuse, or terminate any campaign that we believe violates these terms, Stripe rules, payment network rules, law, donor trust, beneficiary safety, or the spirit of this policy.

No guarantee of donations or platform availability

Blessed Giving does not guarantee that your fundraiser will receive donations, remain publicly available, rank in any particular way, be shared by any person, or be available without interruption. We may update, limit, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Release, limitation of liability, and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to hold Blessed Giving, its owners, team members, partners, vendors, or service providers liable for losses, damages, claims, disputes, donor behavior, organizer conduct, payment delays, Stripe actions, campaign removal, platform interruptions, or any use or misuse of donated funds. You agree to release Blessed Giving from claims related to your campaign and to indemnify and defend Blessed Giving against claims, costs, fees, damages, or expenses arising from your fundraiser, your content, your connected Stripe account, your use of funds, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law.

Donor information and privacy

You may receive donor information only as Blessed Giving makes it available and only when permitted by donor choices, payment records, law, and platform rules. You agree to use donor information respectfully and lawfully, and not to sell, misuse, spam, harass, or improperly disclose donor information.

Legal requests and government authorities

Blessed Giving may preserve, disclose, or provide campaign information, organizer information, donor information, payment records, communications, account records, technical data, and related materials to law enforcement, regulators, courts, government authorities, Stripe, payment networks, or other authorized parties when we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, legal process, subpoena, court order, investigation, fraud prevention, safety review, compliance obligation, or platform protection.

Agreement

By checking the agreement box and continuing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Organizer Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the fundraiser you create.
